First Blog Post: Due 12/8

First Blog Post Due: Friday, 12/8
  1. For this post, you will be using the first blog post you made last week.
  2. First, you will introduce yourself by writing a paragraph in Spanish. Describe your self, your personal information, likes/dislikes, anything that describes you! Include photos, videos, songs, anything appropriate that represents you. 
    1. You will only be doing this introduction this week since it is your first blog.
  3. Next, you will be completing the weekly assignment starting with this week. You will be expected to do this assignment EVERY WEEK unless another blog post topic/activity was discussed in class.
  4. You will have to read, listen, watch, or play things in Spanish for a total of an hour over the course of this week. Look at the "Resources" tab of my blog for language learning apps, websites, and ideas; however, you are not limited to my list. You can watch telenovelas, listen to Spanish music, etc. Also in that section is some helpful documents about typing accents and improving your writing.
  5. Once you have completed one hour of activities, create a simple activity log.
    1. 30 minutes: Duolingo (Completed Level 1)
    2. 15 minutes: Watching La Rosa de Guadalupe (TV show) on Univision
    3. 15 minutes: Listening to Spanish music on Youtube
  6. Include a picture or screenshot of one activity
  7. After, you will write a paragraph reflection about the one hour of activities.
    1. Spanish 1 students will write this IN ENGLISH.
    2. Spanish 2 students will write this IN ENGLISH UNTIL MP3.
  8. If you absolutely need to look something up in Spanish using a translator, please write the word in all CAPITAL LETTERS so I know that you looked it up.
    1. Example: Pienso que la telenovela es muy interesante porque los PERSONAJES son complicados.
  9. The activity log, picture, and reflection will be your weekly assignment going forward.
  10. Lastly, this should interesting and fun for you! Look up, watch, and interact with anything that interests you! Sports, music, art, news, TV, language learning apps, whatever!
